Attractive and competitive value for money in a central location. The room was huge and had everything we needed.

The staff was HELPFUL and the bed was spacious. St pancras church is walking distance to the hotel.

It is very close to the British Museum. Russel Square underground station is just 2 min walking.
Poor quality and variety of the continental breakfast, really disappointing. If you want English breakfast you must pay 5 pounds. They are selling two individual bed put together as double beds. They have no double beds. Reception didn't want to compensate us for that. Claims sheets didn't exist there, so forget about complaining. They do not take responsibility of any mistake made at reservations... Never coming back there.

Close to everything. Good value for money. Efficiently run. Cleaned daily.
Shower over bath. Bath quite elevated so you had to be very careful not to fall getting from the curved bath base out on to the floor.

Terrible mold on bathroom ceiling - nothing done to clean up when reported. Toilets near Reception were filthy.

Poor internet, poor customer service, the lobby is so noisy and rowdy.

My daughter stayed here on her school trip. She was given £30 spending money and so she didn't spend it all on the first day, left £15 in her room for the next day only to find when she got back that the cleaners had taken it. This is unacceptable as they will have known it was a child's room. Not happy at all is an understatement.

Good location and lots of things very close.
No air conditioning/fans and window didn't open more than an inch so very hot and uncomfortable.

Spacious bedroom and hotel.
Dirty bedroom. Hair on sheet. Noisy radiator. TV that didn't work. Poor breakfast facility. Two maids on different occasions came into room despite do not disturb sign. Stayed twice before but this place has definitely gone downhill!

The roome was good, but I expected hot and cold water in one outcome. The bar in the reception area was excellent.
The breakfast was bad organized: Too busy, the staff was suspicious about the payment of English breakfast, you could not serve yourself more than one time. For me this was a New experience because almost every time in London I have got full English breakfast and I could serve myself as many times I wanted.

Habitación espaciosa y limpia, cama cómoda, temperatura agradable, no hace nada de frío ni calor por lo que se descansa bien. El baño también es espacioso, agua caliente sin problema.
Se escuchan ruidos del pasillo y en la televisión no se ven canales internacionales, solamente ingleses. No estaría mal que alguno se pudiera ver.
