I loved my stay. The location is perfect, close to attractions and transport. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a nice variety.

More seating in waiting areas would be beneficial.

I particularly appreciated the breakfast options, which catered well to my dietary needs with gluten-free choices available. the fan in the room could have been stronger during the hot summer nights. I had a lovely time and would consider returning.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and the excellent attention from staff.

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed that made for a good night's sleep. The shower had great pressure and temp, making it easy to refresh after a long day. Plenty of sockets were a big plus too! The only downside was that I felt the mattress was a bit worn out, which affected my comfort a little. it was a solid stay.

Would recommend for a short-term stay

Comfortable room, clean bathroom, where the bed provided a restful night's sleep and the bathroom was impeccably maintained, with a great breakfast selection that included a wide range of food and was conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Russell Square underground station.

i really enjoyed my stay at city sleeper. the room was clean and the bed was comfy. it was also conveniently located next to a nightclub, so i had easy access to nightlife. overall, it felt like a great base for exploring.

the hotel was exceptional! great location and comfy room! after the first night we asked to change rooms coz the noise from the inside square was really loud from 5am! ! the staff, pritany, was super helpful and made that change. the breakfast was spectacular!

Fantastic location with spotless room.

Had a lovely time here, especially loved the fast-flowing hot bath after a long day and the nice simple breakfast with plenty of choices. The hotel offered a cozy lounge and a decent bar for relaxing after sightseeing. Only downside was the occasional long wait at breakfast, but it didn’t ruin the experience! 😊

The hotel has a great location with easy access to the underground and nearby attractions. The City Sleeper section was surprisingly modern and comfortable, but the breakfast was quite disappointing and could definitely use improvement. Some areas seemed outdated and the noise from the street was mildly bothersome.
